If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

• With all accessories included

• Must not be damaged, used, or altered

We cannot accept returns for:

• Items damaged due to customer handling

• Items returned without prior approval

• Clearance or final-sale items

How to Request a Return

• Full name

• Order number

• Reason for return

• Photos (if applicable)

Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If an item arrives defective or damaged, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.
